Dealer Portal Policies

General

Any offer of Product for sale by MuxLab and its acceptance by Buyer as a result of any such offer shall be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale contained herein and shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

Any modifications or changes to these conditions by way of Buyer’s purchase order or otherwise shall not be binding unless stated in the present offer or otherwise authorized in writing by MuxLab.

Dealer Registration

Dealers interested in becoming a registered dealer through MuxLab’s Portal must complete the simple application and verification process  through our website.

Payment Policy

We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard and mobile apps for payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our Portal.

Shipping Policy

MuxLab will pay shipping on all  Portal orders over $500 (CAD or USD). On orders under $500, shipping will be calculated at check out and processed at time of payment.

Shipping lead time for orders of in stock items will  be 2-4 business days.

For any “out of stock” item on the Portal, please contact portal@muxlab.com for shipping lead time.

Warranty

MuxLab warrants product, of its manufacture, to be free from defective material and faulty workmanship for a period as stipulated in the product’s most recent specifications.

MuxLab shall determine, if notice is given within the warranty period, whether product contains defective material or faulty workmanship, in which case MuxLab shall at its option, either repair, replace, or provide credit on such parts. Shipping to MuxLab is the responsibility of the Buyer. The warranty shall not apply for product improperly handled, modified, or used outside its intended application.

Return of Product

All MuxLab products (excluding clearance and discontinued products) can be returned within 7 days receiving product shipment. MuxLab will reimburse the purchase price plus shipping charges to return any items.

All products must be returned in their original packaging in order to receive credit. Any failure of the dealer to return the product(s) will result in a reversal of the product credit.

No product shall be returned to MuxLab without first acquiring a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from MuxLab. Copy of RMA must be included in all return shipments.

RMAs are issued on a case by case basis. For RMA request and information please contact portalRMA@muxlab.com.

Trade Information & Indemnity

Buyer agrees that all technical and marketing information including pricing information relating to product provided by MuxLab or any information communicated to the buyer as a result of the execution of a purchase order is and shall remain MuxLab’s exclusive property and constitutes its commercial secret. No information shall knowingly be passed on to companies or individuals acting directly or on behalf of those working competitively to MuxLab. Only information required by the buyer to resell MuxLab’s products can be disclosed though only within the context of these terms and applies regardless of the form in which the information is communicated or reproduced.

Buyer indemnifies MuxLab and its employees, agents and representatives from liability with regards to actions arising from the purchase of MuxLab products.
